RDB were appointed to work alongside Michele Verdi of Donald Insall Associates to undertake the period conversion and renovation of this Grade II listed townhouse in the heart of Bloomsbury. The building had previously been used as a commercial office and the project involved a complete renovation including restoring and reinstating original period features such as fireplaces, cornices, staircase repairs and more. New services were installed and carefully integrated into the fabric of the building along with new bathrooms, bespoke joinery throughout, secondary glazing and more. The entire property was transformed back into a family home.​​​​​​​​​​
